Applied to the face, its rich, creamy formula hydrates and protects the skin. Avene Mineral Sunscreen Cream SPF 50+ is composed of a mineral filter for very broad and stable UVB-UVA protection ensuring optimal skin tolerance. Avene Mineral Sunscreen contains titanium dioxide, and it works by forming a protective barrier on your skin helping to reflect and scatter UVA and UVB rays. Because of its ability to reflect the sun’s rays, titanium dioxide is an effective way to help protect the skin from UVA and UVB damage. Powerful antioxidant, Provitamin E (pre-tocopheryl), acts for a cellular protection against the free radicals. Avene Thermal Spring Water brings its alleviating, soothing and softening properties.
